The integration between webCRM and Phonero ensures that all new and existing webCRM users can quickly find the right customer information when customers call.

When a customer calls, the integration searches based on the phone number. webCRM automatically opens the customer card provided the customer is registered with that number.

It is also possible to call via webCRM. All phone numbers turn into active links, so you just have to click on the phone number to call and then the Phonero keypad opens up and you can call out with Click to call or Softphone.
