When a customer calls in, the integration seeks out the relevant telephone number. Next, the employee has the option of finding the customer in the system, just with one single click (given the customer is registered in the system with that number).
It is also possible to call out via webCRM. All phone numbers become active links, so you just have to click on the phone number to dial out.
