webCRM – a clear mission from day one

The founders of webCRM created their own CRM system, simply because they found that the systems on the market were too complicated. Therefore, you can now choose webCRM and get a cloud-based CRM system which provides an overview and makes it easy to organise sales. Because webCRM's mission remains unchanged – a good CRM system is still one that is being used every day.

  • Created by salespeople

Get to know them better

Local worldwide

Although webCRM is a global company with offices in several countries, we are local. When you call our phone support, we always speak the local language. This makes everything much easier for you.

Our history

webCRM was started by two engineers who thought existing CRM systems were unnecessarily complex. Their experience in sales and software development made it possible to make webCRM a success.

Among the first in the cloud with TeamLink

Software company TeamLink is established by Jørgen Rode and Erik Maltby. A workflow system is the first product. Solutions are delivered via the "cloud", which is certainly not common in 2002.

In search of CRM system

TeamLink needs a CRM system, but Jørgen and Erik cannot find one which is simple and intuitive. Instead, Erik develops a system for the company himself. They soon realise that they created something unique, and b2bCRM is established.

Focus on webCRM worldwide

The two entrepreneurs now focus 100% on CRM, and TeamLink is sold. At the same time, b2bCRM changes its name to webCRM to emphasise that the solution is web-based. A new design and a new logo is also introduced. Then, an internationalisation of the company is started. In the following years, offices with local CRM experts are established abroad.

Growth, growth and more growth

webCRM wins the Gazelle award five years in a row. It is given by business newspaper Børsen to Danish companies demonstrating impressive growth.

From cosiness to the capital

webCRM leave the cosy suburb of Holte and get new headquarters with more square metres in Copenhagen. At the same time, Erik embarks on his own software project, and Jørgen becomes the sole owner of the company.

20,000 users

Today, webCRM is used by 2,500 companies across 20 countries, where 20,000 users strengthen their daily sales work using the simple and manageable CRM system.
