By using the SMS module in webCRM, you can send text messages directly to your contacts in webCRM.

Create templates containing e.g. your signature and the name of the contact to make the message personal and send the text message as if you would have sent an email.

You can also broadcast text messages from reports in webCRM, for example to send a reminder about a meeting or event or send your newsletters as text messages.
