Integrate webCRM with the business phone service from Cellip.

What you can do with the integration

The integration between webCRM and Cellip consists of two parts:

  1. Outgoing calls: Click a phone number anywhere in webCRM, and make the call automatically from Cellip 365 Softphone. This means that you do not have to enter the phone number manually for call.
  2. Incoming calls:When someone calls you and the phone number exists in webCRM, the contact record in webCRM will automatically open in a new browser window. This will allow you to quickly know who you are talking to and what has been discussed previously.


To take advantage of the possibilities of webCRM and Cellip, you need to have an account with Cellip and webCRM, and you need to have Windows 10 on your computer.
