3^rd, 4^th and 5^th responsible for organisations

This solution makes it possible to assign more responsible for organisations than the current two.

The solution only affects organisation responsible and not responsible on activities, opportunities, orders and support cases.

The access rights related to the other responsible than the first two will be the same for all connected users. This means that the 3^rd responsible will have the same access and rights related to the customer as the 4^th, 5^th and so on.

The solution uses Custom Plus fields of the type “All users” to hold the information about the responsible users and require Enterprise licenses.
