Synchronize your emails with webCRM and get an overall view
If you use Exchange, either through Office 365 or your own Exchange server, you can integrate emails between webCRM and your Email program.
The integration works both ways, so that e-mails sent from webCRM can also be seen in your "Sent mail" in eg. Outlook and you can also choose to synchronize e-mails sent from Outlook into webCRM. This way both you and your colleagues can get an overview of all the communication that you had with a customer / lead and have the latest knowledge if the customer calls while the person in charge is not present.
You can both synchronize emails from the mail program on your computer, the browser version of your inbox and from your phone, so that webCRM can be kept up-to-date whether you are on the go.
